Individual Therapy

I help individuals cope with issues rooted in anxiety, depression and trauma. These issues can manifest in many different ways, such as feelings of overwhelm, guilt/shame, lack of meaning or purpose, challenging relationships and difficulty with life transitions. I also provide support with parenting, self-care, stress management, and life balance. If you are struggling with any of these issues, know that you are not alone and I am here to help.

Anxiety

Anxiety is a normal human emotion, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can interfere with your ability to enjoy life. I can help you identify the sources of your anxiety, teach you techniques to manage it to help you feel more in control and confident.
